Germany is beautiful in summer and the days are warm and sunny. I started my job and doing homecare nursing service for old and sick patients.

Yesterday I had long phone call with Dr Macher, the president of "dentist without limits.
We talked about your work and planes for Dental camps.
He is willing to search for volunteer dentist via the homepage of DwL. Therefore you have to prepare a short description about the plan. Please point out the combination of trekking and working. That is most interesting for the volunteers. Make clear to which area you plan to go and how long. Exact date and time is compulsory for the advertisement. And some good photo (landscape,last camp,....) are also needed.
You have to manage the registration at medical council and explain which official papers you do need from the applicants.

We all are fine here and  hope to be same to you. You tried to find doctors for august but coudn't. It's ok. Christa in august we will ogranize camp by nepali doctors. In november Peter will come. I have already told you that we organize minimum 10 camps in a year. We are plannig to organize a camp in December in Ramechhap District. Date is not fixed. I will send you the schedule of the December's camp. for That camp try to find volunteer doctor and find some donation also. the camp will be targetted to the Dhimal and Maghi community who are very poor and no access in health. thanks for your nice Emails.

In a short while your and Christas EMail will appear in our homepage  www.dwlf.org.
DWLF prefers Helfpergroups up to 4 Helpers: Most experienced Dentists with younger dentists and famulants.
That we found out, is most effective. We are busy in 6 countries; now we just finished a greater Help in Mongolia with 45 DWLF Helpers.
The Helpers pay their flight by themselves - normaly during their helping in a camp the meals and sleepings are free.
(Sleeping bags they can bring with them etc.) When the camp is finished, they have to pay their staying by themselves.
Alle DWLF Helpers have a DWLF ID Card: that means, they where tested by the  Office of DWLF and DWLF has their original
qualification documents. So you have to take care, that they are allowed to work in Nepal.
